Most visitors will fly to Barcelona and the most common way of transportation is by car rental. We've had good experiences with Hertz's low cost offering Firefly.
Alternatively you can fly to Girona which is only a good haf hour away. Currently the only option to fly to Girona from Denmark is with Ryanair from Billund. Personally, I'd rather spend an extra hour in traffic in Barcelona than fly with Ryanir, but that's a personal choice of course...
